2. Bookings & Payments

  • Any property damage caused by guests must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.

6. Guest Conduct & Safety

  • SudiTamu.my is a family-friendly site. Please respect other guests, staff, and the natural surroundings.
  • The river is shallow and slow-running, but children must be supervised at all times during water activities.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or require guests to leave in case of inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

7. Liability

  • Zairis Solutions and SudiTamu.my are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or accidents during your stay except where required by law.
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety.

8. Privacy
